My Sacred Mission...
In 1996 my journey began... unannounced, as if an internal clock had struck at exactly the perfect moment ...I began to question almost everthing about myself and my life...why I was in the relationship I was in...I was living (or rather - dying) inside an abusive and often very violent marriage, I longed for another way of living...my soul was crying.
Often I would wonder how my life had come to this.
Just like the fairytales I read when I was a girl, I would wish and hope and dream of a knight in shining armour coming and rescuing me...
It was a dream that kept me alive ~ yet held me prisoner.
Change truly began to occur in my life when I came to understand the meaning of self responsibility. That indeed there would be no Prince Charming coming to rescue me...I needed to rescue me and build a new life for myself.
Sacred Creations
The importance and relevance of the name for me, was that not until I really understood that I am - we are all, a unique Sacred Creation, that there is not another, exactly like me or you on the planet, only then was it, I truly began to value myself enough to do the work required to create the new life I wanted.
The original vision for Sacred Creations was a space for women to come to soothe their soul...a place of R&R where they could drink from the well, take stock, review their lives, heal, gather strength, wisdom and knowledge and with support and encouragement step into their power and live a life of rich connection and purpose.
My intention and hope is the information and experiences shared via workhops, courses and in this web site will inspire you to realise your fullest potential and recognise that we are all a Sacred Creation!
